Last week I watched a very powerful video from Simon Sinek who states that “People don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it…” and it made me wonder why I do what I do… and why I get up every morning? Well, the reason I left my comfortable home in Europe and the reason I uprooted my family 5 years ago to move to “the land of opportunity” in Charlotte, North Carolina, was because I had a DREAM and I wanted to fulfill it : the reason I started a business from scratch, with no network, in a new country, creating a new market with a revolutionary product called “TRANSFORMING LIONS ™”, the FIRST AUTHENTIC sales management training for sales managers based on a process approach to their job (the 1+1+1=4!® methodology) was because I had the dream of trying to help as many sales managers there are on this planet with this “formula”.

This became the coaching framework I teach every sales manager to use in order to drive sales execution better.Sales people and especially sales managers-I have found- are some of the most difficult people to coach because they are very resistant to change. If I were able to do that, then I could start changing the world one sales manager at a time…
